Wedding Services

This service encompasses full day event coordination and management which is different from event planning. We will meet beginning 1.5 months out from your wedding so that our team can begin building the production schedule for the day. We will meet typically 1-3 times prior to your event to ensure up to date information is collected by our team. On the day of, we will run the show behind the scenes and ensure not a single detail is over looked.

This option varies in terms of how much involvement you would like for us to have. If there are certain aspects that you would like for us to manage, and others that you are super excited about, that is perfectly fine! This is your day, we are here to make it perfect.

This selection is the all inclusive package. Essentially, leave anything you like to us, and we will handle the rest. We will work with you to understand your goals and dreams and from there we will source options for catering, venue, theme, decor, entertainment, and anything else you need!

In some cases, folks enjoy a brunch for close family and the bridal party the day after the wedding. If this is something you are hoping to do, let us take care of that for you. After your big night, the last thing you will want to do is organize a brunch. We will come in, set-up and prep the space for your gathering, mimosas and all!

Managing the budget is overwhelming for some, so let us help. Share what it is that you are dreaming of doing, and we will propose a budget plan that works for you and your vision. From there we assist with managing the budget and keeping you on track. If you are choosing full or partial coordination & management, this feature is included.
